Warranty & Returns

Our company implements strict quality control. Before shipment, all furniture undergoes inspection to verify compliance with the manufacturer’s specifications, with particular attention to finish quality.

Return Policy Commitments

  • A signed contract between Flatint and the Buyer is mandatory, specifying delivery, return options, and warranty terms.
  • Each order is assigned a dedicated manager.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 5 business days; refunds are processed within 10 banking days.

Conditions for Returns (Undamaged Goods). The Buyer must ensure:

  • The product is unused, with original packaging, tags, seals, and consumer properties intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is provided.

Warranty Exclusions. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage during use (chips, scratches).
  • Improper assembly/disassembly by non-company personnel.
  • Misuse or non-intended purpose of furniture.
  • Damage due to household accidents or natural disasters.
